Liquid Telecom has four tiers of partners that all qualify for different levels of support and incentives.

Including a training programme can help improve sales results. Representatives must have good telephone skills and be able to build rapport with customers and prospects. They will also be required to have good presentation skills. Training will only be provided on Liquid Telecom products and services as specified in table 1.
Training will be conducted at central venues as specified by our product team, and scheduled across the regions. There will be quarterly calendar invites shared by your account manager.
Partners will be incentivised on a quarterly basis depending on set criteria met. For example, uncentives can be based on number of units sold, or on total billing achieved. Incentives will be communicated at the beginning of each quarter by your account manager.
